14 Habitat staff members attended two training sessions onthe first floor of the Community Space. Brian Henderson facilitated a workshop focusingon psychological safety in the workplace through roleplay in the morningsession. Chris Durkin led the afternoon session on leveraging cognitivediversity. Staff were divided into 4 different personality groups, analyze, synergize,organize, empathize, and learnt to understand more about other people’sthinking styles.
