‘Sharing the Gospel through catering, Blessings share toeveryone" was the topic for the opening speech delivered by Mr. Lam KinWing, the Catering Evangelistic Fellowship. In his speech, he explained that asa chef, one's life can be day and night inversion of living, and one's timewith society and family is limited. By arranging for chefs to cook in churchesand schools, make mooncakes and rice dumplings, they are able to use theirskills to care for the community and build a connection with society.
